Good morning beautiful people, I hope you’re all doing well!
Today I’m going to share a quick and simple recipe with you all that we love at home. This is one of those dishes that I whip up on days when I don’t have time to cook, don’t feel like cooking or just want something really yummy and comforting quickly.

It’s nutritious and most importantly delicious- here’s how to make it!
INGREDIENTS:
Noodles of choice – 2 portions
500g mushrooms
2 large handfuls frozen peas
3 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup hot water to loosen sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Chilli flakes (optional)
Toppings: sesame seeds + green onions
METHOD:
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
In the meantime, slice and fry mushrooms, once almost cooked, add in some frozen peas.
While those cook, combine tahini, sesame oil, chilli flakes, garlic powder, oyster sauce, tamari and water. Whisk together to combine.
Add noodles and sauce in a pan with mushrooms and peas and mix well. Add more water if you need to loosen sauce further.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions and enjoy!
