Hello there beautiful people, I hope you’re all doing well! Happy new Blog Post Day 🙂
If you’re a choc-a-holic but want something super quick and easy that is also actually really healthy – this is the post for you!
These brownie baked oats are a healthy breakfast dish that can also double as dessert. Decedent, chocolatey, gooey and perfect; you can also get this done in 5 minutes flat!
PLUS, you use only ONE dish for these. So, you basically mix everything into an oven safe dish, pop it in the over, set a timer and you’re done.

Here’s how to make them.
Ingredients:
2 cups rice milk (or sub for milk of choice)
1/2 cup maple syrup (or any other liquid sweetener like honey or agave)
2 tablespoons peanut butter (you can omit or sub for any other nut or seed butter)
1/4 cup cacao
2 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup choc chips
Pinch of salt

Method:
This couldn’t be easier to make. Simply pre-heat your oven to 180 Degrees Celsius, add all the above ingredients into an oven-safe baking dish, mix well and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Note: I used both dark and white Choc chips (just because i thought they’d look pretty)

That’s it from me for today – I’ll be back with a new blog post Every Single week
