If you’ve been here for a while, you know that Friday is new blog post day. I’ve got a delicious new recipe for you guys today.
It’s quick, easy and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:
3 cups puffed rice
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup almond butter
4 tablespoons Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Dried blueberries
2 tablespoons Dried cranberries








Method:
Start by melting down coconut oil, almond butter and honey in a small pot over low heat for a few minutes until combine.
In a large bowl, add all your other ingredients and add mix in the coconut oil, honey & almond butter mixture. Mix well and transfer into a lined 8x8cm baking dish.


Cool in the fridge for at least an hour, slice into squares and enjoy with some fresh fruit – chewy gooey perfection yum!
