Avocado Chocolate Torte

Good morning beautiful people ❤

I hope you’re all doing well! I recently shared the photo below and so many of you messages for the recipe for the torte crust that I just have to share it.

I tested it a few times, the crust is a bit crumbly but the taste is so so good!

Ingredients:

100g pitted dates

100g walnuts

100g oats

3 tablespoons coconut oil

Method:

Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Add all the above ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and blitz for about a minute. Blitz until oats and walnuts are finely chopped but before they turn into a flour.

Add the mixture to a spring form baking pan and press the crust mix into the pan using something with a flat base (a glass or cup measure works well here).

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Once cooled, place the baked crust in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Once the crust is firm and completely cooled, add your avocado chocolate mousse into the crust. The recipe for the avocado chocolate mousse is linked below:

Then shave some dark chocolate on top (optional, but highly recommended), slice and enjoy!

That’s it! I hope you try this one out and enjoy as much as I do! YUM!
