Hey beautiful people, I hope you’re doing really well.
If you’re looking for a super simple salad dressing that will turn ANY basic pile of veg into a showstopper, look no further.
This recipe is not only super simple and easy to make, it’s also really stable so you can make it hours ahead of time and in large batches. It’s also:
Vegan
Glute free
Dairy Free
Free from saturated fats
Loaded with good from you ingredients
Hearth healthy
Creamy and delicious!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast*
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
*Nutritional Yeast is a deactivated yeast, that is sold commercially as a food product. It is sold in the form of yellow flakes, granules, or powder and it is popular with vegans and vegetarians and may be used as an ingredient in recipes or as a condiment. It has a rich nutty and cheesy flavor and makes an excellent addition to sauces and dressings
Method:
Simply place all the above ingredients in a high powered blender (a nutribullet works great here) and blend until you get a smooth, creamy dressing.
Now drizzle over your salad, steamed or roasted veg and ENJOY – honestly so so so so good!
