Hello there you lovely people, I hope you’ve all had a lovely week – I’ve got just the thing that will close it off with a lovely, chocolatey treat!
Nothing says cold weekend morning to me like a nice mug of hot chocolate, it really is the best way to start the weekend. Sweet, nutty, easy-peasy and absolutely delicious, this hot choc is vegan and healthy and you have to try it asap before the weather warms up even more and it’s no longer hot coco season.

Ingredients (serves 2):
3 cups hazelnut milk (other milks work just fine here too but hazelnut and choc work really well together so I strongly recommend using hazelnut milk for this one!)
3-4 teaspoons raw cacao
2 medjool dates
1 tablespoon tahini
Method:
Simply add everything into a blender and blitz until mixture is totally smooth then add to a small pot on your stove top and warm up gently until mix is frothy, thick and DELISH! Enjoy 🙂
