Cashew Protein Truffles

Hey hey beautiful people, I hope you’re all doing well.

If you’re anything like me, you know that healthy snacks are so so important when trying to eat well and keep your energy up.

Being a mother who has a million things going one, this is more true than ever so I’m always looking to create new snack recipes that are delicious, healthy and more importantly quick and easy to make.

Four ingredients, five minutes and you’re done.

Ingredients:

1 cup cashews

2 cups dates

4 tablespoons tahini

1/3 cup hemp protein powder

These cashew protein truffles are AMAZING and all you need to do is chuck a few ingredients into a food processor, blitz for a minute or two and form into balls – that’s literally it!
