Happy Saturday (a.k.a. new-blog-post-day) beautiful people, I hope you’re all having a lovely weekend so far!
I recently shared some short videos on my Instagram and Facebook stories with some new dips and snacking options. They got a lot of attention and were very popular so I thought I would share some of my faves here.
I do share a lot of easy recipes on my feed and stories so do go check out my IG and FB pages (both @holisticnutritionninja ) for more.
Here, I’m going to share some of my all time easy-peasy faves that are definite crowd pleasers, make excellent healthy snacks, work great in sandwiches and wraps, are great additions to salads and roasted veg plates and make the perfect easy dinner of nibbles!
We like having dips and other snacks as a replacement for dinner some days – it’s a really good way to add some variety to your diet and meal prepping a few dips every week makes this so super easy! I like serving them with crackers, crudites, fruit, nuts and cheeses. Plus I tend to make a few different dips over the weekend which means a dip dinner is an easy / prepped dinner – WIN!
