Following the awesome response from the launch of my vegan sauces which have been available for sale for over a week now, many of you are asking about new items to add to my menu. My intention is to add a new item every few weeks and have each available long term 😊

The next item I’m adding to the menu for order is these Clean Caramel Bars which are a dream – so good, incredibly healthy, contain JUST FIVE INGREDIENTS and make great breakfast or snack bars and eve pre and post workout snacks!

These bars are low in refined carbs, contain no added sugar whatsoever, are naturally sweetened, loaded with fibre and contain a lot of protein too!

I’ve been testing, tweaking and perfecting these beauties for ages and they last up to 4 weeks in the fridge and much longer in the freezer!

INGREDIENTS:

Dates

Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews and walnuts)

Oats

Sesame seed paste

Coconut oil
